If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please contact us at support@tribeandoakhome.com within 3 days of your order being delivered and allow us to fix.

Exchanges 
Due to restrictions caused by coronavirus, we cannot currently accept exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

At Tribe and Oak, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, these items cannot be returned for a refund.  All sales are final as they are for personal use.
